All Pre - orders are final sale and cannot be canceled once placed
We encourage customers to carefully review their order, size and shipping information before checkout
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as each item is custom made.
Damaged or defective items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 Hours of delivery at leempressofficial@gmail.com with photos of the issue
We will review your case and do our best to resolve it
Responsibility
Empress is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped
Custom fees, duties, or taxes (for international orders) are the responsibility of the buyer.
