All our products are handmade, and as such, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur. These variations are part of the natural part of the uniqueness and charm of handmade items.

All Items are made to order.

All Items are available on a pre-order basis. Please allow 1-3 weeks for materials and an additional 7-9 business days for production before shipping begins  

Pricing and Payment:

Prices for our products are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated 

We reserve the right to update to update prices at any time without prior notice

Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase through the time of purchase through the payment methods available on our website.

Shipping and Delivery:

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

 - United Kingdom: 5-7 business days after production 

 - Europe: 2 - 11 business days after production

 - International: 3 - 17 business days after production

Returns and Refunds:

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds

Pre-Orders

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that production takes 6–8 weeks.
